Legal Innovation & Knowledge Coordinator (Full-time or Part-time)
We are seeking a motivated and technology-oriented professional to drive the firm's adoption of legal technology and artificial intelligence while strengthening our knowledge management capabilities. We are open to both full-time and part-time arrangements and are happy to discuss the setup that works best for both sides.
We are looking for someone who will help identify opportunities to improve internal processes, enhance access to information and knowledge, and support the effective use of AI tools across the firm. The role combines elements of technology adoption, knowledge management, research support, process improvement, and user training. You will work closely with AI Group, IT Team, and Risk/Compliance Officer to ensure that innovation initiatives align with the firm's policies and strategic objectives.
This position is suitable for a recent graduate or an early-career professional with a strong interest in technology, innovation, information management, and professional services.
Key responsibilities
Support lawyers and business services teams in the effective use of AI tools, including Legora, Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT and other approved technologies.
Analyze existing workflows and identify repetitive or manual activities suitable for automation and implement AI-assisted and automated workflows.
Develop practical guidance, best practice materials and use cases for AI tools within the firm's risk and compliance framework.
Develop prompt libraries and reusable templates.
Track important legal, regulatory, and market developments and prepare regular updates for internal stakeholders.
Support the management and development of the firm's knowledge resources, including templates, precedents, know-how materials, and information repositories.
Facilitate knowledge sharing and collaboration across practice groups and business teams.
Gather user feedback, assess the impact of implemented solutions, and contribute to their ongoing improvement and development.
Prepare updates and recommendations for firm leadership regarding emerging technologies and knowledge priorities.
Assist in developing policies and governance frameworks relating to the responsible use of AI.

What is essential for us:
University degree (or final year of study) in Information Management, Business Informatics, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Knowledge Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong digital literacy and confidence working with modern technology tools.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Czech and English.
Experience using generative AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Microsoft Copilot).
Advantageous experience:
Familiarity with workflow automation tools and digital productivity platforms.
Experience with research, information management, or knowledge management activities.
Understanding of the practical application of AI tools within legal practice is welcome.
