Mobile Engineer
We build software for real users: AI products, consumer apps, internal tooling, the systems that connect people to their data. "Mostly working" isn't the bar.
What you'll work on
The work shifts by project. We have several products in development alongside client work and internal tooling. This role centers on native mobile: iOS and Android from a single Kotlin Multiplatform / Compose Multiplatform codebase.
- An established consumer app with a live user base, still actively being built out.
- Mostly Kotlin Multiplatform and Compose Multiplatform: shared logic and UI across both platforms.
- Native iOS (Swift / SwiftUI interop) where the shared layer falls short.
Who we're looking for
- You've shipped production mobile software, ideally native Android.
- Solid Kotlin Multiplatform for shared business logic, and Compose for native Android UI.
- Compose Multiplatform experience is a plus.
- Enough native iOS (Swift / SwiftUI) to own the platform-specific pieces.
- You take ownership end to end: scope it, build it, test it, stand behind it. You don't wait to be told the next step.
- You pick up new frameworks and languages as projects demand, including the occasional step into the backend (senior colleagues have your back).
- Clear opinions about quality, and the judgment to defend them.
Setup
- Prague-based studio.
- Small senior team, averaging 12+ years of experience.
- Contract role: you invoice us (OSVČ or equivalent).
- Pay based on experience, open to discussion.
