Client Delivery Partner
Do you enjoy working with clients where it’s not just about communication and “keeping track of deliveries”, but about having a real impact on how the collaboration works, how efficient it is, and whether it makes business sense?
We are looking for a Client Delivery Partner – someone who maintains the client relationship, develops it, and at the same time ensures that both delivery and the economics of the collaboration work in a healthy way.
This is not pure account management or project management. It is a role where you have ownership of the client, their business, and what is actually being delivered.

What will your role be?
You will be the main contact and partner for assigned clients. Your goal is to ensure long-term cooperation – not only in terms of relationship, but also commercially and from a delivery perspective.
care for assigned clients and their long-term development
understanding their business, goals, and changes over time
active search for business opportunities (upsell, cross-sell, development of cooperation)
collaboration with business and delivery teams on solution design and proposals
creation and maintenance of account plans (quarterly / yearly)
Business, budgets and project reality
This role has a direct impact on whether the cooperation makes economic sense.
monitoring budgets, margins, and delivery efficiency
identifying inefficiencies (unnecessary work, overengineering, unclear scope, wrong priorities)
early identification of risks (budget, scope creep, delivery issues)
escalation of situations that threaten the project or client relationship
ensuring that the work has real business impact
Delivery and coordination
You will not manage the delivery team, but you will have visibility into what is happening and why.
coordination between client and internal teams
monitoring priorities, capacity, deadlines, blockers, and dependencies
ensuring clear assignments, ownership, and next steps
maintaining business context throughout the collaboration
ability to recognize early when a project is starting to fall apart
AI and efficiency
use of AI and automation for reporting, meeting notes, preparation, and Jira work
effort to minimize manual administration
focus on decision-making, client work, and problem solving
finding ways to simplify and make work more efficient

What you will need

a “client watchdog” without ownership
someone who manages delivery or technical solution
a pseudo-consultant without responsibility for outcomes
