Who We Are

For over eleven years, we’ve built digital products for brands like PlayStation, Ubisoft, Mercedes-Benz and Avalanche. We’ve won international awards and worked with clients across Europe, Australia and the US.

We’re a smaller senior team without layers, politics or corporate noise. Most of our growth so far has come through referrals, conferences, long-term relationships and reputation. Now we want to build a more intentional and structured approach to acquisition.

We typically work with companies in tech / SaaS, entertainment, fintech, premium retail and gaming. Project sizes range from €20k to €300k, with sales cycles usually lasting between one and four months.

The Role

We’re looking for someone who will actively help us create new business opportunities and build a stronger acquisition process around the studio. This is not a passive account management role. A big part of the role is proactive outreach whether through networking, calls, conferences, LinkedIn, email or industry events. You should feel comfortable starting conversations from zero and creating momentum around the studio.

You’ll work closely with the founders and help shape how Wonder Makers grows commercially.

  • Active outreach (targeted research)
  • Reaching out to potential clients and partners
  • Attending conferences, meetups and industry events
  • Building relationships and maintaining follow-ups
  • Creating and managing your own pipeline in CRM
  • Qualifying leads and preparing them for founder calls
  • Experimenting with outreach approaches and improving conversion over time
  • Helping us stay visible in the right communities and networks

We’ll handle key sales meetings and closing larger projects together. You won’t be alone, but you will own the acquisition process. There’s no finished playbook waiting. You’ll build it, run it, and improve it over time. Our founders are strong in positioning and closing. Your job is to help create the right conversations.

How you’ll work

You’ll work mostly independently, which means:

  • Setting your own priorities
  • Recognising when something isn’t working
  • Adjusting approach without waiting for instructions
  • Staying systematic and consistent
  • Focusing on meaningful progress, not just activity

We care much more about initiative, persistence and real conversations than corporate sales processes. This role is not a fit for someone waiting for inbound leads or heavily structured enterprise processes.

What helps

    • Experience in B2B sales or business development
    • Experience with outbound / cold outreach
    • Confidence with calls and in-person meetings
    • Comfortable networking and meeting new people
    • Background in agency, SaaS or tech services
    • Strong English (a lot of outreach is international)
    • A practical, resilient and proactive mindset

A polished CV matters less than drive, communication skills and the ability to create opportunities.

Compensation includes a base salary and performance-based commission, with significant upside tied directly to results.

We’re not looking for a corporate salesperson running scripts all day.
