We are seeking an experienced Senior Full Stack AI Engineer to join our team based in Prague / Bratislava on a hybrid or remote basis.

What You Will Do?

We are looking for a Full Stack Engineer with a strong focus on modern web development to help build and evolve the backend and tooling for our AI-driven game data platform.

In this role, you’ll work closely with product teams, designers, and other engineers to deliver tools and systems that transform game and content data into intelligent, usable experiences for both internal teams and players.

End-to-End Development: Build and maintain full stack applications and internal tools, from front-end interfaces to backend APIs and services.
AI Systems & Tooling: Develop and integrate AI-powered tools and assistants, connecting models to structured game data through APIs, query systems, or similar approaches.
Data Platform Development: Contribute to building and maintaining data pipelines that unify fragmented game and content data into a reliable, queryable source of truth.
Backend & API Design: Design and implement scalable backend services that expose data and power internal tools and future player-facing features.
Rapid Prototyping: Quickly prototype and iterate on new ideas (e.g. chat assistants, Slack bots, lightweight web apps) to validate concepts and improve workflows.
LiveOps & Internal Tools: Build tools that support designers and operators with better visibility, automation, and control over game systems.
Cloud & Infrastructure: Work with cloud infrastructure (AWS preferred) to manage data storage, processing, and deployment of services.
Scalable Solutions: Design and implement high-performance, low-latency systems that can scale with growing data and player needs.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product, design, and engineering teams to turn ambiguous problems into practical, user-focused solutions.
Future-Facing Development: Help lay the foundation for player-facing AI features and integrations with external partners or vendors.

What We’re Looking For?

Proven Experience: 5+ years of professional experience as a software engineer, with a strong foundation in programming, web development, and building production systems.
Backend Proficiency: Hands-on experience in modern backend languages (Python strongly preferred; Go or C# also a plus) and a willingness to work across different layers of the stack.
Web Technologies: Professional experience developing RESTful services and modern web applications (Vue.js preferred). Experience with JavaScript (ES6), TypeScript, and building simple, functional UIs is essential.
Data & Systems Thinking: Experience working with complex or fragmented datasets, including building data pipelines, ETL processes, or structuring data into usable systems.
Database Expertise: Familiarity with relational databases (MySQL/Postgres) and caching solutions (Redis). Capable of writing efficient queries and designing schemas that support fast, reliable data access.
Cloud & Containers: Experience with containerized solutions (Docker) in a public cloud environment (AWS preferred). Familiarity with data storage, workflows (e.g. S3), and infrastructure-as-code (e.g., Terraform, CloudFormation) is a bonus.
AI & Integration Mindset: Interest in or experience integrating AI/LLM APIs into applications, and an understanding of how to connect models to structured data (e.g. via APIs, query systems, or similar patterns).
Automation & CI/CD: Demonstrated ability to set up and maintain CI/CD pipelines, automated tests, and deployment workflows for reliable production systems.
Engineering Best Practices: Committed to writing clean, maintainable, and testable code, with an emphasis on performance, scalability, and iteration speed.
Product & Prototyping Mindset: Comfortable working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments, quickly prototyping solutions and iterating based on feedback.
Strong Communicator: Comfortable discussing complex technical concepts with non-technical team members and collaborating across product, design, and engineering teams.

AI/LLM Experience: Experience integrating AI/LLM APIs or building AI-powered tools.
Data & Systems: Experience with data modelling, ETL pipelines, or building query/search systems over structured data.
