About MAMA AI

• We do top-class research, develop products and customer solutions in conversational AI, speech recognition and synthesis, dialog systems, machine translation, generic deep learning, machine learning and beyond. For many years we have been working as part of IBM T. J. Watson Research Center in NY and Prague. In 2021, we established The MAMA AI technology group.

Who are we looking for?

• AI Agent developer who will design and evaluate communications for chatbots, voicebots and other solutions in the field of voice services, chat and AI/ML technologies.

• The ideal candidate has experience with Python, LLM prompting and passion for AI (conversational) technologies.

In your role you will…

• Design conversational interfaces for virtual assistants and LLM agents – prepare texts and logic for the assistant’s communication with the user

• Create the best possible user experience, so that the virtual assistant’s communication is authentic and tailored to the customer’s needs

• Analyse user communication and interactions using AI tools

• Help to improve conversational intelligence technologies

We expect you to have

• Enthusiasm for conversation AI

• Programming experience

• Experience with controlling Large Language Models

• At least 1 year of experience working in Python (the more the better)

• Perfect knowledge of the Czech language

• English at a communicative level
