Lead Generation Specialist / Business Development Representative

We’re looking for someone with experience in lead generation, outbound campaigns, and messaging, who wants to apply these skills in a B2B technology environment.
This role combines outbound, inbound, and inside sales, but the key for us is that you feel strong in outbound prospecting and generating new opportunities. We’ll teach you the rest.
What you’ll do
- Design and execute outbound multi -chanel campaigns (email, LinkedIn, sequences)
- Actively identify and generate new business opportunities
- Test and optimize messaging, campaigns, and outreach approaches
- Work with inbound leads and qualify them
- Respond to incoming interest and manage initial conversations
- Schedule introductory calls and pass qualified leads to the sales team
- Collaborate with marketing and sales on go-to-market activities
- Work with CRM and tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator and others
Your experience and skills:
- Experience with lead generation, outbound marketing, or campaigns
- Hands-on experience with email outreach, LinkedIn, or similar channels
- Ability to think in terms of target audience and messaging
- Curiosity and drive to test, learn, and improve what works
- Ability to combine outbound activities with inbound lead handling
- Strong ownership and a team-oriented mindset
- Advanced English communication skills
💡 Experience in sales is a plus, but not required. What matters most is your interest in working in a sales-driven environment, willingness to learn, and motivation to take ownership of both marketing and sales-related activities.
