AI Enablement Lead, Product & Engineering
đ©· About us
At PLG Group, we connect people with culture â from concerts, theatre, and festivals to exhibitions and other live events across the Czech Republic and Slovakia.
PLG Czech Republic consists of three strong local brands with a long tradition: Ticketportal has been on the scene since 2002, GoOut since 2011, and Ticketstream since 2001. Our long-term goal is to provide partners and customers with simple access to every corner of cultural and sports life. On our platforms, everyone can find an event that is just right for them and purchase tickets immediately.
Thanks to the backing of an international company and the combined know-how of three connected local teams, we have access to top-tier technological capabilities. At the same time, our philosophy remains simple: we operate openly, creatively, and close to the people who create culture every day.
đ Your role
As an AI Enablement Lead, your mission will be to turn AI into a practical productivity engine across the company.
Rather than running isolated experiments, you will focus on identifying where AI can meaningfully improve how we build products, write software, analyze data, and make decisions â and turn those opportunities into real, repeatable workflows.
You will work closely with Product Managers, engineers, and leadership to introduce AI into everyday work. This includes areas such as product discovery, documentation, development workflows, internal knowledge systems, automation, and data-driven decision making.
A big part of the role is experimentation with purpose. You will continuously explore new AI tools, copilots, automation platforms, and agent workflows, but your goal is always the same: translate experimentation into measurable improvements in speed, efficiency, and quality.
You will design practical playbooks, templates, and internal systems that help teams use AI confidently and responsibly. Through workshops, demos, and hands-on support, you will help teams adopt new ways of working â not just understand them.
This role is not about chasing hype. It is about turning promising ideas into working solutions that help the company move faster and make better decisions.
What youâll do:
Own the AI enablement roadmap across the company â starting with Product, expanding into Engineering, and later scaling to other teams
Identify high-impact AI opportunities across product discovery, research synthesis, PRD creation, roadmap planning, backlog refinement, experimentation, analytics interpretation, and internal knowledge work
Evaluate and benchmark AI tools, copilots, agents, and automation platforms based on quality, accuracy, security, cost efficiency, and integration fit
Build and maintain a coherent AI tool stack so teams use the right tools instead of experimenting in isolation
Design repeatable workflows, prompt libraries, templates, and playbooks that teams can use in their day-to-day work
Work with engineering teams on developer productivity, including coding assistants, test generation, debugging support, documentation workflows, and code review assistance
Identify opportunities to automate repetitive work and remove friction from internal processes
Help build internal systems and knowledge structures that make company information easier to access, use, and maintain
Support teams in using AI for data exploration, reporting, and better decision making
Run experiments and pilots to validate new AI tools and workflows before scaling them across the company
Train teams through workshops, demos, playbooks, and hands-on coaching so adoption becomes practical and sustainable
Define AI usage guardrails with Security, Legal, IT, and Data teams to ensure responsible and secure use of AI
Track adoption and business impact through metrics such as time saved, cycle-time improvements, experiment velocity, and productivity gains
Keep leadership informed about relevant developments in the AI ecosystem and where the company should move early vs. where it should wait
What weâre looking for:
Strong analytical thinking â ability to break down complex problems and identify where AI can create real impact rather than chasing hype
Hands-on experience with AI tools, LLMs, copilots, automation platforms, or agent-based workflows
Interest in experimenting with tools such as Cursor, automation platforms (e.g. n8n), AI copilots, or similar productivity tooling
Ability to understand how systems and code actually work, not just interact with AI through prompts
Experience working closely with Product Managers, engineers, or cross-functional product teams
Strong delivery mindset â you donât just explore ideas, you turn them into working solutions that teams actually use
Ability to run experiments quickly, evaluate results honestly, and iterate based on real outcomes
Strong communication skills and the ability to teach others new ways of working
Good judgment when it comes to security, privacy, and responsible use of AI tools
Curiosity and motivation to continuously test new tools, workflows, and approaches
Fluent communication skills in Czech and English (B2/C1)
