Technical Support Specialist

And now we're looking for a technically-minded person who bridges the gap between our commercial team (Sales, Account Management, Customer Care) and our Development team. You'll be the go-to person for technical customer issues making sure nothing falls through the cracks between business and engineering.
🎯 What you'll do
- Answer complex support requests from customers — helping them navigate product questions, integrations, or APIs, via email, chat, and online meetings.
- Guide customers through technical onboarding and make sure they get up and running smoothly.
- Own the bug pipeline: validate, reproduce, and prioritize issues before they reach the Dev team.
- Test the app after each release from a user's perspective, catching problems before customers do.
- Keep Jira moving - track bugs, feature requests, and technical tasks tracked across teams.
👀 What we're looking for
Background & soft skills:
- Background in customer support or technical support.
- Strong communicator — you translate technical concepts for non-technical people and the other way around.
- Structured, detail-oriented, and proactive enough to spot issues before they escalate.
- Fluent in English. Czech is a nice bonus, and other languages like German, Polish, or Dutch will be a significant advantage.
Technical:
- Comfortable with APIs, webhooks, and basic integrations.
- Experience with bug reporting, reproduction, and QA processes.
- Familiar with Jira or a similar project management tool.
- Basic understanding of how software development and release cycles work.
✨ Nice to have
- Familiarity with SaaS or survey products.
- Experience with AI tools (e.g. Claude Code).
- Hands-on experience with Intercom, HubSpot, or similar CS/CRM platforms.
- Basic HTML/CSS knowledge.
