Who We Are
For over eleven years, we’ve built digital products for brands like PlayStation, Ubisoft, Mercedes-Benz and Avalanche. We’ve won awards and worked with clients across Europe, Australia and the US.
We’re a smaller team with senior talent, with no layers and no corporate noise. Most of our growth so far has come through conferences, referrals and long-term relationships, and now we’d like to make that growth more intentional. That’s why we’re looking for someone who will help us build a more structured approach to acquisition.
We typically work with gaming, entertainment, fintech and Web3 companies. Project sizes range from €20k to €300k, and most sales cycles run between one and four months.
The Role
We’re looking for someone who will take ownership of active client acquisition and help us build a structured, working approach to outreach. We expect someone who can design a simple process and run it consistently.
Specifically, you’ll focus on:
- Active outreach (LinkedIn, email, targeted research)
- Managing and improving platforms like Clutch and similar
- Building your own pipeline from scratch and keeping it clean in CRM
- Qualifying leads and preparing them for founder calls
- Tracking what works and adjusting what doesn’t
We’ll handle key sales meetings and closing larger projects together. You won’t be alone, but you will own the acquisition process. There’s no finished playbook waiting. You’ll build it, run it, and improve it over time. Our founders are strong in positioning and closing. Your job is to help create the right conversations.

What helps
- B2B sales or business development experience
- Background in agency, SaaS, or tech services
- Comfort with cold outreach
- Strong English (a lot of outreach is international)
