💚 Your role

As a QA Engineer (Manual & Automation), you’ll contribute directly to our mission of connecting people with culture. You’ll have the space to take ownership, shape processes, and make a meaningful impact in your area of expertise.

What you’ll do:

Test predominantly web-based applications, covering both frontend and backend layers
Design, maintain, and execute automated test suites, with the goal of maximizing automation coverage
Perform manual testing where automation is not efficient or feasible
Take ownership of test quality, ensuring releases meet functional and technical requirements
Proactively identify risks, gaps in test coverage, and opportunities to improve quality
Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and designers
Work within a cross-team QA structure, cooperating with 3 other QA Engineers across different products

What we’re looking for:

Hands-on experience with automated testing (tools and frameworks of your choice)
Solid understanding of manual testing principles and when to apply them effectively
Experience testing web applications, including frontend and backend aspects
A responsible and proactive mindset – you take ownership, not just assignments
Ability to work independently while contributing to shared QA standards across teams
Willingness to learn, improve, and evolve test practices with the team
Fluent communication skills in Czech and English (B2/C1)
