Business Development Manager (Laboratory Partnerships)

The Role:
As our Business Development Manager, you will be the driving force behind our European laboratory network. Your mission is twofold: optimizing our existing partnerships and aggressively expanding new partnerships across the EU.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Partnership Management: Act as the primary lead for our current laboratory network. You will manage quarterly reviews, oversee technical integration, and handle the administrative lifecycle of partnership agreements.
European Expansion: Identify, negotiate with, and onboard new laboratory partners across the EU to expand our sample collection infrastructure.
Operational Excellence: Manage communication and ensure a seamless flow of data and services between partners and the Macromo platform.
Who We Are Looking For:
We need a proactive "builder" who thrives in a high-stakes, innovative environment. You should have a passion for health-tech and the grit to navigate international markets.
Requirements:
Industry Expertise: Proven experience in international sales, account management, or business development within the Laboratory, Pharma, or MedTech sectors.
Linguistic Versatility: Fluency in English and Czech/Slovak is essential. Proficiency in at least one additional language (German, Spanish, Polish, or French) is highly preferred to support EU expansion.
Problem-Solving Mindset: A creative approach to overcoming hurdles and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards in a fast-paced setting.
Logistics: Ability to work full-time from our Prague office (we value the energy of in-person collaboration, though we offer flexibility for occasional remote work).
Mobility: Willingness to travel across the EU to meet partners and attend industry events.
