What you’ll be working on:
Daily IT operations
Support Apifiers with day-to-day IT issues and help them stay productive.
Solve problems related to laptops, peripherals, office tech, and basic network troubleshooting.
Proactively monitor the state of our office environment and prevent issues before they impact others.
Hardware lifecycle & procurement
Manage the full hardware lifecycle: purchasing, setup, configuration, maintenance, and renewals.
Prepare laptops and peripherals for new joiners and keep our internal inventory up to date.
Communicate with vendors, compare quotes, and ensure smooth logistics for new equipment.
Onboarding & offboarding
Prepare hardware and access for new Apifiers and ensure their first day is smooth.
Configure accounts and permissions across our SaaS tools (Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, and many more).xfin
Ensure secure, complete offboarding with proper hardware handling and access removal.
Events & meeting rooms
Maintain our meeting-room setups: TVs, cameras, microphones, and other collaboration devices.
Support internal events, all-hands, tech demos, and smaller company gatherings.
Propose improvements for AV setups and help make the office tech experience seamless.
Automation & improvements
Identify pain points and improve internal IT processes.
Contribute to documentation, guidelines, and best practices.
Collaborate with engineering and office teams on cross-functional projects when needed.
Tech you’ll touch:
Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, and a large variety of other SaaS tools from our 150+ internal stack
MacBooks (primary), with occasional Windows/Linux devices
Ubiquiti UniFi office network
Meeting-room hardware (cameras, TVs, microphones, controllers)
Office devices such as printers, docking stations, and monitors
Who we’re looking for:
Experience in IT support or internal IT operations.
Solid troubleshooting skills, especially on macOS (Windows/Linux experience is a plus, not a requirement).
Understanding of SaaS environments and identity/access basics.
Interest in hardware, office tech, and keeping systems organized.
A proactive, ownership-driven mindset and desire to help others.
Good communication skills in English.
