As we grow, we work hard to protect our culture: one built on an open environment in which people are challenged, nurtured and rewarded.

Our headquarters are in Prague, with additional key offices in London, Amsterdam, Paris, Barcelona and New York, although flexible working means that our team is located all over the world.

You don’t need to be a hospitality expert to make a difference here. What sets us apart is our diversity. Although some of us have spent years in the hotel world, others are tech and SaaS connoisseurs. As long as you have talent, ambition and enthusiasm, you'll be welcomed in with open arms.

Mews R&D team

At Mews, R&D brings together product, design, and engineering in tight-knit, cross-functional teams built around the people who use our platform – from hotel staff to guests and integration partners. Each team owns a part of the customer experience and works with real user feedback from day one.

We don’t build for users, we build with them. Every major launch is grounded in real customer problems, continuous feedback, and behavior-driven outcomes. From product dogfooding to weekly user calls, staying close to our customers is how we stay sharp.
