Lead Quality Assurance & Project Manager
Ciklum is looking for a Lead Quality Assurance & Project Manager to join our team full-time in Slovakia.

About the role:
As a Lead Quality Assurance & Project Manager, become a part of a cross-functional development team engineering experiences of tomorrow. This role focuses on lead multiple IT delivery initiatives end-to-end while owning the testing strategy and test execution within a team that develops integrations. The consultant coordinates scope, schedule, and stakeholders, and sets up/drives testing—from analysis and test design through automation and end-to-end acceptance—ensuring compliant, secure, and high-quality releases that meet business objectives. We will launch a project to migrate BizTalk estate to Azure Integration Services. The migration is planned to run until end of 2027. The Test lead and IT Project manager will work closely with architects, analysts, and business stakeholders to develop robust and secure integrations that align with business needs and technology standards.
Responsibilities:
- Perform manual end-to-end testing of integrations across systems, including negative and edge cases
- Write and maintain scripted tests and unit tests for integration components where applicable
- Implement and execute test automation for APIs and data flows; integrate into CI/CD
- Own delivery plan, and status reporting
- Run delivery ceremonies (planning, reviews, demos), manage dependencies, and handle change control
- Collaborate with architects, integration developers, and business analysts to translate requirements into technical solutions
- Ensure integration solutions adhere to security, scalability, and performance best practices
- Monitor and support existing integrations, troubleshooting issues and optimizing performance
- Maintain technical documentation for integration solutions, APIs, and related services
- Provide ongoing support and enhancements to improve system reliability and efficiency
- Work closely with external partners, vendors, and internal IT teams to ensure seamless integration with third-party systems
Requirements:
- Experience in end-to-end testing of integrations, both automated and manual testing
- Analyzing requirements and design test scenarios for integration flows
- High experience in writing and maintaining scripted tests and unit tests for integration components where applicable
- Ensure test data readiness, environment setup, and traceability from requirements to test cases and results
- Establish defect lifecycle, triage, root cause analysis, and quality gates; maintain clear test metrics dashboards
Desirable:
- Experience with Azure integration components (e.g., Logic Apps, Service Bus, API Management)
- Project management, including creating delivery plan, tracking project status and reporting
- Experience in running agile projects, with managing ceremonies

The salary starts from 3400 Euro gross. The final salary depends on the previous experience and professional knowledge.
