Medior/Senior QA Engineer
Our client, a major German bank, is developing systems using modern technologies that are used by hundreds of users in Commerzbank branches and departments across the world.
There are several teams working in customer lifecycle management for corporate, investment and private banking clients. The work spans onboarding procedures, anti-money-laundering / KYC workflows and implementations of market and tax regulations. The solutions are frequently integrated with other systems of the bank e.g. trade capture, management reporting or CRM.
Your tasks will be:
- Contribute to the development of new applications and systems using modern technologies, architecture, and infrastructure.
- Collaborate with an Agile team of business experts, analysts, and developers to understand complex business processes and requirements.
- Review and analyze system specifications to ensure alignment with quality expectations and requirements.
- Design, execute, and maintain manual and automated test cases to verify system functionality and performance.
- Analyze test results, identify defects, and collaborate with the team to suggest and implement solutions.
- Track and report quality assurance metrics to drive continuous improvement in product quality.
We are looking for the following:
- Proven years of experience as a Quality Assurance (QA) Engineer/Tester
- Familiarity with agile environment and collaborative team environments
- Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in test management tool and frameworks
- Experience in both manual and automated testing processes
- Solid understanding of software development life cycles (SDLC) and QA best practices.
- Excellent communication skills for working with cross-functional teams.
