We’re looking for a Project Manager 🚀 who’s ready to dive into some truly exciting global projects and help push the boundaries of what’s possible.

You will:

• Manage all phases of VR/AR projects, from brainstorming ideas to implementation and final evaluation 
• Keep clients happy and well-informed by handling their needs like a pro and turning ‘uh-oh’ moments into ‘heck yeah!’ outcomes
• Be the bridge between clients, creatives, and developers
• Plan and coordinate the development team’s work to hit deadlines and deliver the best XR projects 
• Track project finances to make projects stay profitable and on budget 
• Who are we looking for?
• You have at least 1 year of experience in project management within tech - bonus points if it’s in the XR/AI field! You’re proactive, love tackling challenges, and are ready to take full responsibility for your projects
• You have hands-on experience with client communication and can handle the surprises that come with unexpected project fuck-ups 
• You have experience managing the financial aspects of projects, including pricing and profitability analysis
• You’re fluent in Czech/Slovak and have advanced English (C1)
• You’re ready to join full-time

What does our selection process look like?

Once you send in your CV, you’ll hear from Anežka in HR. We’ll start with a quick phone call to see if we’re a good match. If we’re both happy, we’ll send you a task to complete within a week. After that, you’ll be invited for a final round of interviews in Karlín, where you’ll go through a short case study and meet the team!
