Graphic Designer (global SaaS, full remote)

Who are we looking for?

itrinity is a growing portfolio of successful SaaS products like UptimeRobot, Mangools, and Deadline Funnel. As we scale, our marketing needs are evolving fast – more campaigns, more creatives, and more demand for speed without sacrificing quality.

We’re looking for a dedicated Marketing Designer to take ownership of all marketing-related visual outputs across our products. This role is execution-focused, working closely with the marketing team while being supported by the design leadership and product designers when needed.

What you’ll be doing?

• Design high-converting banners, emails, landing pages, social media graphics, and ad creatives
• Collaborate with marketers to understand campaign goals and quickly deliver effective assets
• Maintain and evolve each product’s visual identity across marketing channels
• Contribute to growing and organizing shared design libraries for faster execution
• Align with product designers and product managers to keep visuals consistent across touchpoints
• Occasionally support product UI work (optional, depending on skill and interest)

Must have

• 2+ years of hands-on experience on marketing or content design teams.
• Self-directed and independent worker who thrives with minimal oversight.
• Fast execution while maintaining high quality standards.
• Strong eye for detail, composition, and visual hierarchy.
• Deep understanding of conversion-focused design principles and how visuals drive campaign performance.
• Comfortable juggling multiple concurrent projects and shifting priorities.
• Proficient in Figma with strong technical design skills.
• Ability to create compelling visuals that align with and support strategic marketing goals.
• Results-oriented approach with ability to balance creative vision with business objectives.

Nice to have

• Experience working with or contributing to a design system.
• Basic motion/animation or video editing skills (e.g. for social ads or product teasers).
• Familiarity with HTML/CSS and WordPress.
• Previous work with multi-brand or multi-product environments.

2. case study – we will send you an assignment to do at home, which also prepares you for the next round of interview
3. interview – you will have to chance talk to the hiring manager, we will focus on technical issues, and explain the role and responsibilities
