As we advance in developing our transparent security solution, we are seeking a highly motivated and organized Business Development Representative. This hybrid role combines outbound sales and lead generation efforts with CRM system administration and optimization. The ideal candidate is tech-savvy, results-driven, and excited to build and manage sales pipelines while ensuring our CRM tools are running at peak efficiency.

👉 What you’ll do:
- Sales & Business Development (70%):
- Prospect, identify, and qualify new sales opportunities through cold outreach, email campaigns, LinkedIn, and inbound lead follow-up
- Manage early-stage sales conversations and schedule meetings/demos for the sales team
- Track and report on KPIs such as outreach activity, lead conversion rates, and pipeline status
- Collaborate with marketing to align on messaging and campaign execution
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date information on all prospects in HubSpot
- HubSpot Administration (30%):
- Manage and optimize the company’s HubSpot CRM, ensuring data cleanliness and pipeline accuracy
- Maintain dashboards, reports, workflows, sequences, and lists
- Provide training and support to sales and marketing users on HubSpot best practices
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot user issues as needed
💪 Who you are:
- Eager & swift learner
- Self-starter with strong organization and time management skills
- Clear, persuasive communicator (written & verbal)
- You own what you start — and finish it
- 2+ years in sales/business development (ideally B2B SaaS, cybersecurity, or tech services)
- Hands-on with sales engagement & email automation; familiar with lead scoring and segmentation strategies
- Data-driven: comfortable in a fast-paced, KPI-led environment; understands funnel metrics & pipeline forecasting
- Prior CRM experience (we use Hubspot); integrations with other tools is a plus (e.g., ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator)
