M&A and Fundraising Analyst

At Miton, we build and invest in tech-driven businesses while collaborating with curious and talented people who want to make an impact. Our portfolio includes companies like Rohlík, Rossum, Confirmo, Knihobot, and Glami.

We’re now looking for an M&A and Fundraising Analyst to help us identify exit opportunities, support fundraising rounds, and work directly with founders and investors.

This is a hands-on role for someone who understands both the language of venture capital and the mechanics of startup growth. You’ll help guide deals from first conversation to close.

What you’ll do:

Support and initiate M&A processes – from scouting opportunities to managing datarooms.
Assist portfolio companies with fundraising – including material prep, valuations, and investor targeting.
Research markets and funding trends across Europe and beyond.
Build and maintain relationships with founders, investors, and acquirers.
Bring clarity and structure to financial storytelling.

We’re looking for:

Interest in VC, M&A, and early-stage businesses.
Ability to analyze companies, structure deals, and build persuasive pitch materials.
Fluent communication in the language of startups and investors.
Solid Excel and financial modeling skills.
A precise, no-nonsense communicator – you don’t overhype, and you don’t undersell.

Nice to have:

Experience from a VC fund, startup CFO role, or investment banking.
Legal or deal-related exposure.
Comfortable working independently and proactively.
