Acquisition & Investment Associate (Remote, EU/US timezone)
We buy profitable SaaS and agency businesses.
Now we’re looking for a smart, driven Acquisition Associate to help us find and speak with founders of great companies - and help them explore what life could look like after a successful exit.
This is not a junior cold outreach job. This is a high-impact role where you'll operate as the right hand of the founder and CEO of a growing investment group.
What You’ll Do
- Source acquisition targets (SaaS, agency, productized services, mostly $500k–$2M ARR)
- Run founder outreach via cold email, warm intros, LinkedIn, founder communities
- Lead initial discovery calls - understand founder motivations, gather metrics, assess fit
- Present deals internally with crisp reasoning and documentation
- When appropriate, bring the CEO into the conversation (you’ll know when it’s time)
- Keep the CRM tight, pipeline clear, and follow-ups sharp
What We’re Looking For
- 2–5 years experience in:
- B2B sales / partnerships
- M&A / private equity / search funds
- Founder / early startup operator
- Strong communicator: empathetic, confident, direct
- Fluent English, both spoken and written
- Obsessive about follow-ups and clarity in conversations
- Bonus: experience in SaaS, or understanding of bootstrapped founder psychology
