Our company specializes in HR consulting, process optimization, and implementation of SAP SuccessFactors, a modern cloud-based HR solution. As our customer base continues to grow, we are looking for a Support Consultant to join our team.

In this role, you will work closely with customers and consultants to ensure that their SuccessFactors solutions run smoothly. You will help resolve issues, analyze system behavior, propose solutions, and support customers in their day-to-day operations.


Responsibilities

  • Resolve SuccessFactors incidents and system issues, including implementation of small enhancements and system changes for existing customers.
  • Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve system issues and incidents.
  • Investigate customer-reported problems and identify root causes.
  • Configure system enhancements and implement approved changes.
  • Configure, maintain, and validate system permissions and security roles.
  • Participate in system releases, regression testing, and customer communication regarding new functionality.
  • Support of the client’s end users by usage of the system through the ticketing system as well as via email or online meetings
  • Develop an understanding of customer-specific system configurations and HR processes.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of support processes, tools, and knowledge sharing.

 

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or university degree.
  • Good command of English; you are comfortable discussing more complex topics in both written and spoken communication.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain and understand complex topics clearly.
  • Confidence when communicating with customers and presenting solutions.
  • Basic understanding of HR processes; deeper knowledge of any HR area is an advantage.
  • Strong technical aptitude and willingness to learn new technologies.
  • You are technology savvy and Microsoft Office is your best friend - you can work with Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables etc.) and create nice and clear presentations in PowerPoint
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Basic configuration experience in SuccessFactors or another business application is a plus.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and perform effectively during periods of increased workload.
  • Customer-oriented mindset and strong attention to detail.
