At Foxino, we’re currently experimenting with a new product line focused on personal productivity.
We’re at an early stage. We have initial hypotheses about the problems we want to solve, but we don’t want to spend months building roadmaps, writing specs, and debating what might work.
We want to build fast, put products in front of real users, learn from their behavior, and iterate.
That’s why we’re looking for someone who sits somewhere between a product person, entrepreneur, and vibe coder.
Who we’re looking for
We’re looking for someone who:
Has strong product intuition and can distinguish a cool feature from something people actually need and might pay for.
Can take an idea and turn it into a working prototype within days, not months, using AI.
Has already built vibe-coded apps, prototypes, or products and can show us what they’ve created.
Is comfortable with tools such as Cursor, Claude Code, Lovable, Replit, or similar.
Doesn’t need a perfectly written brief to get started.
Can talk to users, identify problems, test hypotheses, and turn insights into product decisions.
Has a strong bias toward action and shipping.
Is comfortable killing an idea when the data says it doesn’t work — and moving quickly when something does.
Is fluent in Czech — this is a requirement for the role.
Is based in Prague and can work with us from our Prague office approximately 2 days per week.
Is available to start immediately.
If we agree on Monday that we want to test something, the ideal outcome isn’t a 30-slide deck on Friday.
It’s a working product in the hands of users.
What you’ll do
You’ll work with us from the very beginning of this new product line:
Problem → Hypothesis → Prototype → Users → Data → Iteration → Product
Your work will include:
Exploring problems and opportunities in personal productivity.
Talking to potential users and understanding their behavior.
Designing product concepts and experiments.
Rapidly building prototypes using AI and vibe coding.
Getting those prototypes in front of real users.
Looking at usage, retention, engagement, and willingness to pay.
Iterating quickly based on what we learn.
Turning promising experiments into real products.
This is not a role where you’ll spend most of your time managing Jira tickets or coordinating other people who build the product.
We want you to build.
What we want to see
The most important part of your application:
Send us links to at least 2 apps, prototypes, or products you’ve already built.
This is a required part of the application. Applications without examples of previous work won’t be considered.
They don’t need to be successful startups. They don’t need thousands of users. One of them might be something you built over a weekend.
We care about your ability to turn an idea into something real.
For each one, tell us briefly:
What problem were you solving? → What did you build? → How long did it take? → What did you learn?
Live products, demos, GitHub repos, or other links where we can actually see what you built are all welcome.
How we work
We’re based in Prague and are looking for someone who is also based in Prague and can spend approximately 2 days per week with us in the office.
This is an experimental, hands-on project with a lot of ownership and very little bureaucracy.
We want the distance between:
“What if we tried this?”
and
“Let’s put it in front of 10 users and find out.”
to be as short as possible.
