Right now, we're looking for a Product Manager to join our Prague team and support mission in the area of Integrations & Ecosystem. From talking to compliance managers about their daily challenges to shipping the features that tackle them. Help us solve the real customer problems and build innovative solutions in our Compliance & Ethics platform!

🚀 The challenges that await you:

Build and maintain the roadmap for your responsibility area, aligning with the Product and Partnership teams on overall product, integrations and technology partnerships strategy.
Take end-to-end ownership of key products and integrations from discovery through delivery.
Conduct generative research - interviews, data analysis, customer journey mapping.
Be the voice of our customers - empathize with their needs and advocate for meaningful solutions.
Communicate effectively the “why” behind user needs across the whole company.
Analyze complex problems, break them into actionable steps, opportunity briefs, and clear specifications.
Collaborate in a cross-functional team of designers, engineers, and other stakeholders to scope features and oversee end-to-end delivery - design, build, QA, launch and enablement.
Manage product risks, such as technical dependencies, resource constraints, and market shifts, and work with the team to mitigate these risks. Prioritize work based on impact and effort.
Partner with our Data lead on definition and tracking of key product metrics.
Leverage AI tools to explore ideas, accelerate discovery, and improve how we build and communicate.

🤝 We would like to see you apply if:

You have 2+ years of experience in product management in B2B SaaS and hands-on experience with integrations and SaaS APIs.
You have been managing products end-to-end, from discovery to delivery and launch.
You are self-driven, with a "get things done" mindset and genuine curiosity to keep learning and pushing the product forward.
You value strong team collaboration - comfortable working remotely but happy to come into the office occasionally to meet the team in person.
You have strong goal-setting and prioritization skills - you know how to make trade-offs and reach agreements to ensure product success.
You have excellent audience-tailored communication skills. You will be talking to both technical and non-technical stakeholders - from technology partners, customers and end-users, through technical and customer-facing teams, to leadership.
Analytical mindset - you are comfortable defining metrics, using data and product analytics to inform decisions and measure impact.
Working in a fast-paced scale-up environment with global product is not new to you, you know how to balance long-term strategy with short-term impact.
You are familiar with enterprise customers and their needs - experience with compliance, whistleblowing, HR, or governance tools is a huge plus.
You are fluent in English (Czech is a strong plus).
