💜 Business Development Manager (CZ/SK) | GLAMI & BIANO
We're changing the online shopping experience across Europe!
We're looking for a Business Development Manager who will help drive growth for both GLAMI and BIANO in the Polish market.
GLAMI helps millions of people discover fashion they'll love, while BIANO does the same for furniture and home & living. Both partner with thousands of retailers across Europe, helping them reach high-intent customers and grow their business.
If you're passionate about e-commerce, enjoy building strong partnerships, and love turning opportunities into long-term collaborations, we'd love to hear from you.
THE CHALLENGE?
Drive the growth of both GLAMI and BIANO in the Polish market by acquiring new strategic partners and building long-term relationships with existing ones. You'll become a trusted advisor to our partners, helping them grow their business through our platforms while identifying new commercial opportunities in one of Europe's most exciting e-commerce markets.
AND THE MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES?
- Own the entire sales cycle - from prospecting and lead generation to negotiating and closing new partnerships.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with both prospective and existing partners across GLAMI and BIANO.
- Act as the primary point of contact for selected partners, supporting them throughout their journey with our platforms.
- Advise partners on our advertising solutions, including onboarding, integrations and performance optimization.
- Identify new business opportunities and actively develop the Polish e-commerce market.
- Represent GLAMI and BIANO at industry events and strengthen our presence in the local B2B community.
- Collaborate on projects that improve partner experience, internal processes and commercial products across all markets.
- Work closely with the Market Development team, sharing insights and best practices to continuously improve our commercial strategy.
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
- Previous experience in Business Development or Sales.
- Experience in e-commerce, digital marketing or online advertising.
- Native Polish and professional English.
- A proactive, relationship-driven person with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- A data-driven mindset with the ability to identify business opportunities and turn them into results.
- Curiosity, ownership and a genuine interest in the ever-evolving e-commerce industry.
WHAT YOU CAN LOOK FORWARD TO?
- Work in a flexible hybrid model – spend 3 days a week in our office in Prague's vibrant Karlín district and the rest wherever you work best.
- Enjoy 25 days of paid time off + 2 sick days to relax, recharge and pursue your interests outside of work.
- Grow with a dedicated learning budget for books, conferences, webinars and other educational resources.
- Improve your English with our contribution towards language classes.
- Connect with your colleagues through a dedicated team budget for events and activities.
- Stay active with a Multisport card, with the company covering 50% of the cost (Prague-based employees only).
- Fuel your day with plenty of snacks, great coffee and Polívkárna soups every Thursday.
Think you'd be a great fit? We'd love to hear from you. Send us your CV!
