As our Creator Relationship Manager, you’ll be the human bridge between MADMONQ® and the creators who carry our purple chewable tablets out into the world. Your mission is part best friend, part strategist: keep our creators genuinely happy, fired up and feeling looked after — while always, gently steering every partnership toward what’s good for the brand.

Because creators have their own agenda, and we have ours. The magic happens when the two line up, and your gift is making that happen so smoothly that nobody ever feels pushed. You’re their biggest fan and our sharpest operator at the same time.

You live on social, you have taste, and you know the memes before they’re memes. You get a real kick out of dreaming something up and actually making it happen — and you’d rather ship a rough idea tonight than sit on a perfect one forever. You bring the energy, the ideas and the follow-through, and we’ll give you the room to run with them.

Responsibilities:

Dream up and run small-to-medium creator campaigns end to end — collabs, challenges, mini-events, competitions
Source the cool stuff — merch, drops, surprises that make creators feel like family
Talk to our creator base every day and know exactly what’s going on with each of them
Carry the brand’s agenda into every conversation and steer each partnership toward what moves MADMONQ® forward
Track campaign performance and report on what worked, what flopped, what’s next

Requirements:

A people person with real taste for social — you know what’s good and you know your memes
Highly creative with a strong bias for action — high energy, relentlessly proactive
A surgical instinct for the brand: keep creators happy and get what we need at the same time
Excellent English, passion for gaming and the creator world
Finisher’s mindset, can-do attitude, collaborate but own your responsibilities
Experience with influencers or campaigns is a plus
