Step into a hands-on People Operations role and help us keep our people processes, data, documentation, and employee experience running smoothly in a fast-growing tech company. As a People Operations Generalist, you’ll bring structure, reliability, and continuous improvement into the way we support our people.


What Will You Do?

  • Own end-to-end people operations and keep daily HR processes running smoothly.

  • Monitor legislative changes and implement updates in HR processes and documentation.

  • Manage payroll inputs, employment contracts, and other documentation.

  • Act as a point of contact for employees regarding contracts, compensation, payroll, and HR related questions.

  • Co-manage onboarding and offboarding, and continuously improve the employee journey and related processes.

  • Coordinate employee benefits, learning initiatives, and team activities that improve employee experience.

  • Maintain HR data and HRIS, prepare reports and insights (headcount, absence, turnover, onboarding), and support data-driven decision-making.

  • Support performance, feedback, and development frameworks and their administration.

  • Ensure HR compliance, audit readiness, and support ISO-related activities.

We’re a Good Fit If You…

  • Have 1–2+ years of experience in HR administration, People Operations or an HR Generalist role.

  • Are familiar with Labour Code, contracts administration, and payroll preparation.

  • Have experience from a dynamic or growing environment (startup, scale-up, tech).

  • Are detail-oriented, structured, and reliable – even when dealing with multiple agendas.

  • Can work independently and think in processes, systems, and long-term improvements – not just task by task.

  • Handle sensitive data with discretion and professionalism.

  • Speak Czech and English fluently (B2+), and handle professional communication confidently.


Which Tools Should You Know?

  • G Suite / MS Office for documentation, spreadsheets, and presentations.

  • HRIS systems (experience with Sloneek, BambooHR, or Odoo is a plus).
