HR Generalist

Invity Finance is a Prague-based fintech company building products at the intersection of digital assets, financial technology and regulation. We’re licensed by the Czech National Bank under MiCA as a Crypto-Asset Service Provider (CASP) and we’re continuing to expand what we do.
We’re a team of 36 and growing. In a company our size, every hire matters, every people decision has visible impact and culture is something you actively shape, not something written in a slide deck.
That’s why we’re looking for an HR Generalist who wants to own the full HR agenda end to end. This is a stand-alone role for someone who’s equally comfortable handling contracts, improving onboarding, running hiring processes and being a trusted partner for both employees and leadership.
👉 What you'll do
- Run end-to-end recruitment across the business, including role scoping, sourcing, screening, interviews, offers and candidate communication
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and make strong hiring decisions
- Build and continuously improve a structured on-boarding experience that helps new hires get productive quickly
- Manage off-boarding processes, including exit interviews and feedback collection
- Handle HR administration and documentation, including employment contracts, amendments, contractor agreements, terminations and personnel records
- Coordinate monthly HR inputs with external payroll and accounting partners
- Ensure compliance with Czech labour law and internal HR policies
- Own and improve internal HR templates, policies and people processes
- Coordinate mandatory training programs such as AML, compliance, GDPR and security training
- Support managers with performance feedback, development planning and people-related questions
- Act as the go-to person for employee matters requiring discretion, empathy and practical judgement
- Organise team events, offsites and internal culture initiatives
- Partner with leadership on engagement, retention, and team wellbeing
💪 About you
- You have solid working knowledge of Czech labour law and practical HR administration
- You’ve successfully run recruitment processes from initial brief through signed offer
- You’re highly organised and able to manage multiple parallel priorities without losing attention to detail
- You’re comfortable working independently and making decisions without heavy structure around you
- You genuinely care about people and know how to balance empathy with sound judgement
- You communicate confidently in both Czech and English
- You’re based in Prague and open to come to our office on regular basis
Nice to have:
- Experience in start-up environment
- Experience building or improving HR processes from scratch
- Familiarity with ATS or modern HR tooling
- Experience with employer branding, internal communications or culture-building initiatives
- Understanding of compliance-driven training requirements in regulated businesses
🤝 What we offer
- A stand-alone HR role with real ownership and visible impact
- The opportunity to shape how HR works as we grow, not just maintain existing processes
- Direct collaboration with company leadership
- A modern fintech environment combining technology, finance and regulation
- Flexible setup starting with a part-time collaboration, with the potential to transition to a full-time role in the future depending on mutual fit
- Space to bring your own ideas and improve how things are done
