Responsibilities
Authentic Global Promo: You will create content based on real experiences. Your videos will run in our paid global campaigns (TikTok, Meta Ads, YouTube Shorts) worldwide.
Modular Creation: You will shoot raw footage for us, which we can use to piece together different ad variations tailored for different countries.
Hook & CTA Variations: For each concept, you will film 3 to 5 different hooks and calls to action (CTAs) so we can dynamically test what works best.
Requirements
Brand Alignment: You believe in what we do. Our communication is confident, direct, and "no BS" - and we expect your delivery to match that energy.
Technical Quality: You shoot vertically (9:16) strictly on your smartphone - no professional studio equipment is needed or wanted. Flawless audio and good (ideally natural daylight) lighting are absolute musts.
Platform Understanding: You know how to achieve a high "thumbstop rate" in the first 3 seconds of a video and hold a scrolling viewer's attention.
