Can you write about data pipelines in a way that makes a CTO nod and a product manager actually finish reading? Can you turn a changelog into a story? Do you live in the world of CDPs, warehouses, and event-driven architectures - and know how to explain it to people who buy them?

Write the Story of the Modern Customer Context Platform!

We're building the customer context layer for the agentic era. Companies are drowning in disconnected customer data. Their marketing teams can't personalize. Their product teams can't prioritize. Their AI agents can't reason. The missing piece is the same: a unified, live, governed view of every customer.

Meiro gives that context to humans and AI agents alike - capturing signals from every touchpoint, resolving identity, and delivering one customer truth to everyone and everything that needs it. We're a multi-product platform spanning data infrastructure, customer intelligence, and activation - and we need someone who can make this story come alive across every format.

Your primary focus will be Meiro Pipes - our agentic data control plane - and the broader CDP / customer data infrastructure space. You need to already know this world. We're not looking for a generalist who can "pick it up."

☀️ What's waiting for you? 

Your mission will be create the content that makes the market care!

This is an individual contributor role embedded in daily collaboration with product, engineering, sales, and growth. You are the person who turns what we build into what the market sees, reads, and watches.

  • Product Content Creation (50%): You create product copy, explainer videos, short-form reels, demo walkthroughs, feature announcements, technical blog posts, and comparison pages. You don't wait for a brief - you see a product update and know what content it needs. You're comfortable behind a camera, in a timeline editor, and in a CMS.

  • Positioning & Messaging (25%): You own how Meiro talks about its products. You craft positioning, messaging frameworks, and competitive narratives that resonate with technical buyers (CDOs, CIOs, engineers) and marketing buyers alike. You know the difference between a feature and a story - and you always tell the story.

  • Sales Enablement (25%): You build the materials that make sales dangerous - battle cards, case studies, one-pagers, objection handlers, demo scripts. When sales walks into a call, they're prepared because of you.


🎯 The experience & skills you'll bring

  • You're know Data Infrastructure - for real: You understand data pipelines, CDPs, ETL, warehouses, APIs, event-driven architectures, and real-time data routing. Not from a glossary - from working in or around this space. You follow the ecosystem, you have opinions on Segment vs. RudderStack vs. building in-house, and you can write for a technical audience without faking it. This is the non-negotiable.
  • You write fast, clean, and independent: You can go from topic to published draft with minimal hand-holding. You write in a direct, clear voice - not corporate fluff, not academic prose. You're comfortable writing a 2,000-word technical deep dive and a 50-word feature blurb in the same afternoon.
  • You're AI-Native: You use AI to move at 2x speed across research, drafting, editing, and creative. You can vibe-code a landing page, generate a structured first draft in minutes, and use AI tools as part of your daily workflow. If you're still doing things manually that AI can do better, this isn't the role.
  • You've written for B2B tech before: You have 3+ years writing for B2B SaaS, data infrastructure, developer tools, or Martech audiences. You have a portfolio that shows technical depth - not just marketing copy with buzzwords.
  • You think like a buyer: You understand how CDOs, CTOs, and data engineers evaluate technology. You map content to where the buyer is in their journey - and you know that a sharp comparison page sometimes does more than a white paper.
  • Video is a plus, not a must: If you can also produce short demo videos, screen recordings, or reels - great. If not, that's fine. Writing comes first.
  • Region & Language: You have experience writing for international audiences - Europe, US, Middle East, or beyond. Your English is flawless (native/near-native); additional languages are a plus.
