WE ARE VOCALLS. Our mission is to deliver the best conversational AI automation while equipping contact center agents to speak any language in the world. We revolutionize the traditional way of servicing customers at call centers. In the near future we expect that more than 80% of customer interactions will be automated. We know how to deliver best in class solutions and support businesses to optimize their costs and increase effectiveness. We are based in Prague but we have customers in many geographic areas: the Czech Republic, UK, Netherlands, Belgium, Mexico. Our business is supported by great investors: V-Sharp Venture and Reticulum a.s. There are around 40 of us in the team and we love what we do and are driven by our customers' feedback regarding our solutions.
