We’re looking for a Product Marketing Specialist to focus on driving product adoption, creating compelling messaging, and supporting go-to-market initiatives for our online web services in data processing, conversion, and upload.
You’ll work closely with the product teams to ensure our products are understood, positioned effectively, and reach the right audiences. You’ll actively participate in planning and development, joining regular stand-ups, planning meetings, and retrospectives within the product team.
You can work from anywhere in Europe or join us in our newly renovated modern office in the center of Brno.
How we work
- We work in 2-week sprints.
- We plan development in Jira, as well as individual tasks.
- Our applications run in Docker containers, we version Ansible playbooks in Git and keep documentation in Confluence.
- Google Workspace is used for electronic communication (Chat, Meet, Email).
- The company's structure is based on the unFIX model, which helps innovation and agile development.
What you will do
- Create clear and compelling product messaging, value propositions, and content that resonate with target customers, including blog posts, website copy, and in-app UX copy created together with designers.
- Support go-to-market plans for product launches, updates, and feature releases.
- Prepare sales enablement materials, case studies, presentations, and marketing collateral.
- Gather and analyze customer feedback and market trends to improve product positioning and campaigns.
- Collaborate with product managers to understand product features and translate them into marketing content.
- Assist in managing campaigns, webinars, and other promotional activities to drive product awareness and adoption.
- Monitor product performance and campaign results to provide actionable insights.
What we expect from you
- 2–4 years of experience in product marketing, marketing communications, or a similar role.
- Strong writing and communication skills in English (C1+); ability to simplify complex product topics.
- Understanding of B2B SaaS product marketing, with focus on campaigns, messaging, and sales support.
- Familiarity with marketing tools, CRM, and analytics platforms.
- Analytical mindset and experience using data to inform decisions.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive in execution.
- Collaborative approach and ability to work across product, marketing, and sales teams.
- Motivation to learn and grow within product marketing.
Nice to have
- Experience in the mapping, GIS, or geospatial industry.
Understanding of Agile product development processes.
