As a Tech Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading and mentoring a team of developers to deliver high-quality software solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, ensuring that technical requirements are met, timelines are adhered to, and the team is working efficiently and effectively. Your role will involve both hands-on technical contributions and team management.

Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership:

Lead and mentor a team of developers, providing guidance and support in their professional growth.
Foster a collaborative and high-performance environment.
Set clear goals and expectations for the team, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Technical Oversight:

Ensure the team is following best practices for coding, testing, and deployment.
Provide technical direction, making decisions on architecture, technologies, and processes.
Conduct code reviews to ensure high standards of quality and maintainability.

Project Management:

Manage technical projects from start to finish, including planning, execution, and delivery.
Work with product managers and other stakeholders to ensure that requirements are clearly defined and met.

Collaboration with Other Teams:

Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product, design, and QA, to ensure smooth integration of features.
Collaborate with other engineering leaders to align on strategy, processes, and resources.

Problem Solving and Innovation:

Identify technical challenges and roadblocks and work to resolve them effectively.
Encourage innovation within the team, introducing new tools and techniques to improve the development process.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Tech Team Lead or in a similar leadership role in software development.
Strong technical expertise in relevant technologies and development practices.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Experience in mentoring and coaching engineers to help them grow professionally.
