We have two primary products:

• Noona HQ – an expertly crafted collection of business and admin tools. It’s your CRM, point-of-sale, e-commerce, and scheduling all in one. Whether you’re a solo entrepreneur or a multi-location business, Noona HQ adapts to your needs. It’s infinitely extendable through our app store, making it the ultimate online headquarters.
• Noona – our flagship marketplace and business platform. It’s where customers discover and book appointments, reserve tables, and enjoy the best experiences their city has to offer.

We have thousands of B2B customers worldwide and tens of thousands of marketplace users - yet we’re only a team of 30 people. That’s possible because we find top performers who thrive on solving challenging, meaningful problems and pushing the limits of what they can do.

With fresh funding and ambitious plans, we’re looking for a Digital Product Designer to take our product experiences to the next level and help shape the future of our design culture.

Role Description

You’ll join our Product Development division, where we focus on creating world-class digital experiences and tools for our users. As the third UI/UX designer at Noona, you will have the rare opportunity to make a direct and visible impact on our products from day one.

You will be responsible for designing intuitive, elegant, and highly functional user experiences from discovery to delivery. This includes everything from concept sketches to polished high-fidelity prototypes. We see design as creative problem-solving within constraints, and your work will impact small business owners, independent entrepreneurs, and their customers all around the world.

You’ll work closely with our Product Manager, Developers, and other stakeholders, collaborating across disciplines to ensure that every feature is not only functional but delightful to use.

Key Responsibilities

Designing World-Class Experiences

• Translate business goals and user needs into intuitive UI/UX designs for web and mobile
• Create user personas, flows, wireframes, and prototypes that guide development
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and feedback loops to inform design decisions
• Produce pixel-perfect visual designs in Figma, ensuring smooth handoffs to developers
• Maintain and evolve our design system for consistency across products

Collaboration & Cross-Functional Impact

• Work closely with Product Development team to bring designs from concept to launch
• Collaborate with Customer Facing teams to align designs with business needs
• Communicate design rationale clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Be an advocate for the user and push for design excellence in every project

Continuous Improvement & Innovation

• Challenge and refine existing design processes, workflows, and tools
• Experiment with AI and automation tools to enhance the design workflow
• Stay up to date with design trends, usability best practices, and emerging technologies
• Help onboard new team members and share design best practices with colleagues

What We’re Looking For

• A strong portfolio showcasing web and mobile UI/UX projects
• Proficiency in Figma and familiarity with other design tools
• Excellent attention to detail and passion for delivering exceptional user experiences
• Strong communication skills in English and Czech (written and verbal)
• Ability to work independently while thriving in a collaborative environment
• A problem-solving mindset and willingness to go the extra mile
• Comfort working in a fast-paced startup where processes are still evolving

Bonus Points

• Experience working in SaaS or tech startups
• Familiarity with service industries like beauty, wellness, or coaching
• Experience creating or maintaining a design system
• You're based in Prague or able to commute there easily
• Comfort with user research and analytics tools
• Basic front-end knowledge (HTML/CSS) for smoother dev collaboration
• Enthusiasm for AI tools in the design process
