As a Mosaic Camera Technician, you will be responsible for assembling, maintaining, and repairing our cutting-edge Mosaic cameras. With your experience in working with electronic devices, some user experience with the Linux operating system, and your interest in electronics and mechanics, you will help ensure our customers receive top-notch devices, service and support.

Responsibilities:

Assemble, maintain, and repair Mosaic cameras and related electronic devices
Troubleshoot issues with Mosaic cameras and related electronic devices
Work with the technical support team to diagnose and resolve customer issues
Maintain accurate records of work performed and parts used
Stay current with new technologies, trends, and developments in the industry
Collaborate with other technicians and departments to ensure that work is completed on time and to high standards
Follow company policies and procedures to ensure that work is performed in a safe and efficient manner
Continuously improve the assembly and repair processes to ensure that we provide the best quality service to our customers

Requirements:

Some experience with assembling (or repairing) electronic devices, such as assembling computers, servicing/repairing smartphones, or servicing electronics
Some user experience with the Linux operating system, such as being able to run a script, connect remotely to a computer, or run a command to read a logfile
Interest in electronics/mechanics and willingness to learn all the details about the operation of our camera
Skilled hands and the ability to handle/repair very expensive industrial electronic devices
Responsible and reliable with the ability to troubleshoot and service devices that cost 20k+ EUR
Ability to read technical documentation in English

Nice to have:

Linux poweruser
Some experience with building own electronics circuits, either PCB design or playing with Arduino or Raspberry Pi
Fluent in English
