Compliance Officer
Invity Finance is a Prague-based fintech company building products at the intersection of digital assets, financial technology and regulation. We’re licensed by the Czech National Bank under MiCA as a Crypto-Asset Service Provider (CASP), and we’re continuing to expand what we do.

This is a hands-on role for someone who can bridge regulation and day-to-day business. You’ll be our dedicated compliance person, partnering with Legal and other teams, strengthening implementation, and helping us build compliance into the way we operate. Read on to learn more.
👉 What You'll Do
Policy Development: Develop, implement, and maintain company-wide compliance policies and procedures aligned with applicable local and international laws and regulations, including MiCA, AML, GDPR, and financial regulations
Monitoring and Auditing: Conduct regular compliance audits to assess the effectiveness of policies and ensure adherence across all departments
Risk Management: Identify compliance risks within business processes and implement mitigation strategies to reduce exposure
Training and Awareness: Provide training to employees on compliance matters, fostering a culture of compliance and ethical business practices
Regulatory Reporting: Ensure timely and accurate reporting to regulatory authorities and maintain detailed records of compliance activities
Incident Management: Investigate compliance breaches and recommend corrective actions to prevent recurrence
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Operations, Legal, and other teams to ensure compliance requirements are integrated into business processes
💪 Who You Are
Bachelor’s degree in Law, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field. A relevant compliance certification is highly preferred
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a compliance, legal, or risk management role, preferably in the fintech or financial services industry
Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements related to financial services, AML, and data privacy
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to collaborate effectively across departments
Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
Proficiency in both Czech and English
Familiarity with regulatory bodies and frameworks applicable to the Czech Republic and the EU is an advantage
