🛠️ What you’ll work on

Are you an experienced back-end engineer who enjoys shipping and running software, and curious to see how AI products are built in practice? Join us and help turn AI models into platforms and products that companies rely on every day.

In this role you’ll build the engineering around our AI solutions: back-end services, APIs, integrations, cloud infrastructure and deployment pipelines. These are what turn a promising model into a reliable product. The AI model is one important piece of the puzzle, but most of your day-to-day is solid software engineering: clean service design, sensible data flows, automated deployment and systems that keep running. You’ll work on real projects across industries such as manufacturing, logistics, energy, finance and healthcare, with clients from startups to global enterprises.

You don’t need to be a data scientist or an ML researcher. Our data scientists and AI engineers build and tune the models, and you’ll work alongside them, learning how AI projects work as you go. You also don’t need to be a front-end specialist. When a product needs a UI, we build it with AI coding assistants, and that’s a skill you’ll pick up quickly with us. What matters most is that you’re a strong software engineer, you take ownership of what you build, and you’re curious about AI.

🙋 Recognize yourself?

• Around 3+ years of professional software development, mostly on the back-end

• Confident in at least one modern back-end language (e.g., Python, Kotlin, Java)

• Experience designing and building APIs and services, and working with databases (SQL and/or NoSQL)

• Hands-on experience with Docker and CI/CD, and with deploying and running applications in the cloud (Azure, AWS). You’ve shipped things and kept them running.

• A basic understanding of AI: what ML models and LLMs can and can’t do, and why AI projects involve more iteration and evaluation than classic software. Side projects and self-study count!

• You’re comfortable with AI coding assistants and happy to use them for front-end work. No front-end background needed.

• Ability to communicate in English in verbal and written form (minimum B2)

• Ownership mindset and enjoyment of working as part of a team

Nice to have

• Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Bicep) or Kubernetes

• Experience building something with LLMs, e.g. RAG, agents, or API integrations (a hobby project counts!)

• Familiarity with monitoring, logging, or MLOps practices

• Some exposure to React/TypeScript

• Experience working directly with clients or stakeholders
