🎯 Your mission

You’ll lead small to mid-sized AI projects end-to-end, typically with one delivery team of 3–8 people, from the first scoping session to a solution running in production. You’re the person who keeps the project on track. You understand the technology well enough to talk to engineers and clients as an equal, and you know when to bring in an architect or a senior colleague.

⚙️ Your main responsibilities

• Run delivery of AI projects: planning, backlog, sprints, scope, budget and risks.

• Turn client needs into clear requirements, and work with the tech lead on solution design and estimates.

• Support presales: scoping workshops, estimates and proposals, alongside our sales and senior delivery leads.

• Be the day-to-day contact for client stakeholders (product owners, IT and business users).

• Make sure the team delivers production quality: testing, deployment, monitoring and documentation.

• Support your team: give feedback, remove blockers and keep the energy up.

• Spot follow-up opportunities and help turn successful projects into longer partnerships.

• AI Platforms: complex agentic ecosystems to enable GenAI and ML use cases, integrations to multiple platforms, governance and security, and legal compliance. Accelerated by our internal products.

• AI Solutions: custom end-to-end product delivery from PoC to scaled production.

• Industrial AI: production line optimization, predictive maintenance, quality detection with a scalable application layer.

• Logistics and Operations: intelligent planning, routing, demand forecasting, cost-to-serve optimization.

🔎 What we are looking for

• 3+ years in a technical role (developer, analyst, data engineer, or similar), at least 2 of them leading projects.

• You can read an architecture diagram, and you understand APIs, cloud and deployment well enough to challenge an estimate.

• Experience with at least one AI/GenAI project, or strong personal interest. You know what LLMs, RAG and agents are and where AI projects usually struggle (data quality, evaluation, hallucinations, model drift).

• Practical iterative delivery, combined with managing client projects with a fixed scope or budget.

• Clear, structured communication, both in meetings and in writing.

• Czech and English at a professional level; willingness to visit clients occasionally.

• Ownership and an optimistic, problem-solving approach.

Nice to have:

• Certifications: PMP/PRINCE2/SAFe, etc.

• Data governance and security awareness (GDPR, EU AI Act, DORA)

• Hands-on familiarity with Azure/AWS
