Product Engineer (full-stack, medior/senior) 🚀
We're Senvio, a team of engineers from Brno and Prague working with companies across the Nordics, the UK, and the US. Our clients bring us in to help figure out what to build, not just to work through tickets. More and more, that also means helping them navigate AI, both in their products and across their organizations.
We're looking for a Product Engineer to join our team. You'll work with clients to turn a business goal into a working product. That means designing the solution, building it end to end across the stack, and improving it once it's live. Much of this work now involves LLMs, so you'll use them regularly.

Someone who:
Enjoys understanding the "why". You like knowing what problem a feature solves and what it means for the client's business.
Feels comfortable talking to clients. You can listen well, ask good questions, and explain technical choices in a way that makes sense to non-developers.
Moves naturally between frontend and backend. You pick up whichever tool fits the job best.
Cares about design. You notice how things look and feel, and you can tell why one layout or flow works better than another. You can hold your own in a conversation with designers.
Likes to speak up. When you have an idea, a concern, or a better approach, you share it. We value people who bring their own perspective into the conversation.
Is open-minded and cares about the result. You're curious about new approaches, especially around AI, and you take ownership of what you build.
Has some experience under their belt. Since you'll be designing solutions on your own, this role suits mid-level or senior developers.

Day to day, you'll:
Talk with clients and stakeholders to understand what they really need
Turn business goals into technical solutions and follow them all the way to production
Build features across the whole stack, from UI to APIs and data
Help improve integrations, search, and overall performance of the platform
⚙️ Tools and technologies
Our stack depends on the client. Recent projects have used. NET/C #, Python, and Node.js on the backend; TypeScript and React on the frontend; and SQL databases, Elasticsearch, and cloud services underneath. You don't need to know all of it. What matters most is that you've worked across several languages and frameworks and enjoy picking up new ones when a project calls for it.
