Product Manager
🩷About us
At PLG Group, we connect people with culture: from concerts, theatre, and festivals to art exhibitions and live events across Czechia and Slovakia.
We started out as GoOut back in 2011, driven by a simple idea: to make it easier for people to discover and experience culture. Over the years, we’ve grown together with the local scene, and in 2023, we became part of the PLG Group, one of Europe’s leading live-event platforms.
Since then, our group has expanded to include Ticketstream and Ticketportal, bringing together the strongest local brands under one roof. Thanks to that, we can keep doing what we love — supporting culture — but now with even better tools, technology, and reach to improve the experience for organisers and visitors alike.
What hasn’t changed? Our mindset. We still work in a creative, open, and no-BS way, close to the artists, promoters, and audiences who make culture happen every day.
💚Your role
As a Product Manager, you’ll contribute directly to our mission of connecting people with culture. You will have ownership of a product area within our ecosystem and be responsible for developing and executing its product plan and strategy. You will collaborate with your Head of Product, UX designers, engineers, and stakeholders across our markets to make sure your products meet customer needs and exceed their expectations.
What you’ll do:
Own the product plan, roadmap, and backlog for your product area
Run discovery: talk to users, promoters, and internal teams, build personas, flows, and segments, and validate hypotheses before we build
Write clear specifications and collaborate with UX designers and engineers from both backend and frontend teams
Plan releases in our monthly planning cycle and make sure your commitments are delivered
Establish product metrics and use data to drive decisions, from feature adoption to commercial impact
Manage stakeholders: conduct recurring check-ins with business leaders and keep everyone informed about product updates
Research competition to stay ahead of industry trends
Use the most up to date product operations practices in your daily work, including AI based practices
Who we're looking for:
Proven experience developing successful digital products from ideation to launch
Strong sense of ownership and the ability to work collaboratively across teams
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Experience with writing product and UX specifications for web and mobile platforms
A data-driven mindset: you are comfortable defining metrics and working with analytics
Fluent English; Czech or Slovak is an advantage
AI enthusiast with practical experience
Experience with marketplace, e-commerce, ticketing, or B2B platforms is a plus
