Product Builder
đź©·About us
PLG Group connects people with culture. In the Czech Republic and Slovakia we run Ticketportal (since 2002), GoOut (since 2011) and Ticketstream (since 2001). Across the group we operate in seven European countries with brands such as Piletilevi and Biletomat.
Every year we sell more than 15 million tickets, from small club nights to the biggest festivals, theatres and stadiums.
Our culture is open, creative and direct, with no bullshit.
Our product organization is centralized across all markets. We are building one ticketing platform for the whole group, and AI is part of how we build it: specs are our source of truth, and agents help us go from spec to shipped code.
đź’šYour role
We are not looking for someone to manage a backlog. We are looking for builders: people who find a real problem, prototype the answer in days, write the spec our engineers and AI agents build from, and stay until it works in production.
You will own a product area end to end. It can be the GoOut and Ticketportal marketplace where millions of people discover and buy tickets, the tools promoters use to set up and sell their events, the apps that get people through the gate, or the new ticketing platform we are building for the whole group. You set the scope, make the trade-offs and are measured on what ships and what it changes.
What you’ll do:
Own a product area end to end: problem, scope, prototype, spec, release, iteration
Talk to fans, promoters, venues and our own teams, and turn what you learn into decisions
Prototype with AI tools (Claude Code, Cursor, Lovable or similar) and put working versions in front of users fast
Write specs that are the source of truth for both engineers and AI agents
Dig into code and data yourself to understand how things really work before you change them
Decide what to build and what to drop, and explain why
Measure the impact: conversion, adoption, speed, errors, revenue
Help shape how a multi-market product team builds with AI
What you bring:
4+ years building customer-facing software products with measurable results
A builder track record: things you scoped and shipped yourself, ideally without long chains of handoffs
Hands-on AI fluency: you prototype, analyse and automate with AI every day and can show us real examples
Technical depth: you can read code, work with APIs and data, and write SQL
Clear writing; your specs and decisions are easy to follow for engineers, stakeholders and agents
Ownership and pace: you would rather ship and learn than wait for perfect information
Fluent English
Nice to have:
Marketplace, e-commerce, ticketing, events, hospitality or payments background
Complex B2B or transactional systems, or a rebuild of a legacy system
Startup, founder or early scale-up experience
Multi-country products and teams
A background in software engineering, data or design before product
Czech, Slovak, Polish or a Baltic language
