Onboarding / Implementation Specialist

What You Will Do
- lead onboarding projects for new clients
- implement the system according to the specific needs and processes of each law firm
- configure the system in detail before go-live
- train users across different roles and departments
- consult on and fine-tune processes after implementation
- communicate closely with our development and support teams
- translate technical requirements and help resolve more complex situations
- cooperate on integrations and system connections with other applications
Who We Are Looking For
- an independent and proactive person who takes ownership of assigned clients
- someone who can communicate professionally with different types of users
- a candidate with excellent Czech and English skills
- a person with strong technical thinking and good orientation in software environments
- experience in implementation, onboarding, customer success, or project management is an advantage
- experience with SaaS products or the legal industry is highly appreciated
