🔎 Who are we looking for

Hands-on Revenue Operations Admin who keeps revenue data clean and HubSpot reliable. You’ll support Sales, Marketing, and RevOps with day-to-day CRM hygiene, sales operations tasks, and small process improvements that keep our Go-To-Market engine running smoothly.

💪 What you'll do

  • CRM Data Hygiene: Monitor, clean, and manage CRM data in HubSpot. Ensure accurate deal stages, contact information, and activity logging.
  • Support & Admin: Assist in updating records, admin tools, and ensuring GTM colleagues have what they need to operate effectively.
  • User Compliance & Follow-up: Chase down missing data and help reinforce process adoption across the team.
  • Process Improvement: Flag recurring issues, suggest improvements, and contribute ideas to make RevOps more efficient and user-friendly.

🙌 What you bring

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Some experience working with spreadsheets, CRMs, or data entry (coursework, internships, or personal projects all count).
  • You’re a detail-obsessed organizer who finds satisfaction in clean data and well-run systems.
  • You’re curious about how revenue teams operate and want to learn how data supports commercial success.
  • You’re not afraid to chase people down (nicely! :)) or follow up multiple times to make sure things get done.
  • Exposure to SaaS, GTM teams, or RevOps concepts is a bonus.
