We are looking for an experienced developers who wants to work on new features in an environment where .NET is not only part of the backend, but also used on the frontend.

You will be involved in transferring selected GoOut features into Ticketportal, helping build a new team, and having real influence over the technical solution as well as the overall shape of the product.

💚 Your role

You will design, develop, and maintain web and desktop applications that are important for the overall system. This role combines full-stack development in a .NET environment with involvement in technical decisions, architecture, and continuous improvement of development processes.

You will work with technologies such as C#, .NET Framework, ASP.NET MVC, ASP Classic (VBScript), HTML, JavaScript, jQuery, and MSSQL. The role also includes cross-functional collaboration, code reviews, version control, and looking for ways to improve development efficiency, including the practical use of AI tools where they make sense.

What you’ll do

develop end-to-end solutions, from frontend to backend
design and implement new features in a .NET-based stack
work with ASP.NET MVC, ASP Classic, JavaScript, jQuery, and MSSQL
contribute to architecture and technical direction
take part in code reviews, knowledge sharing, and maintaining clean, high-quality code
collaborate with colleagues across product, QA, and engineering
work with Git/TFS and standard development workflows
help improve internal processes and ways of working
use AI tools where they bring practical value and support better quality and delivery speed

What we’re looking for

experience with web or application development in C# / .NET
solid knowledge of ASP.NET MVC, ideally with some exposure to older environments such as ASP Classic / VBScript
experience with MSSQL (T-SQL), including query optimization or stored procedures
frontend experience with technologies such as HTML, JavaScript, and jQuery
familiarity with version control in Git or TFS
ability to work independently and take ownership of development tasks
a quality-focused mindset and attention to detail
experience working in an agile environment and collaborating with different roles across the team
good communication skills in both Czech and English
an advantage if you have an overlap into architecture, performance optimization, or the ambition to grow into a Tech Lead role

Good to know

the team is being built now, so you will be part of shaping it from the beginning
we are ideally looking for full-stack profiles, but strong backend developers can also be a good fit
one of the people joining the team may later grow into a Tech Lead role
most of the infrastructure is currently on-premise, with cloud not being an immediate priority
this is not just legacy maintenance — you will be working on new features and have room to influence how things are built

Initial screening: A short introductory call with our People team to get to know each other, learn about your experience, and answer any initial questions about the role.
Interview with Stanislav: A deeper conversation, where we’ll talk about your experience and how you approach AI in product teams.
