What is this position about?
We’re looking for a hands-on People & TA Partner who will support our business teams and take ownership of both hiring and day-to-day HR topics.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Own end-to-end hiring for your teams (from sourcing to onboarding), including close collaboration with hiring managers, driving hiring decisions, and ensuring a fast, high-quality candidate experience while managing priorities across multiple roles
- Act as a People Partner for assigned teams, supporting managers with performance, team dynamics, retention, and hiring planning, including handling both day-to-day topics and more challenging situations (e.g. performance issues, conflicts, exits)
- Own onboarding experience for your teams and work with managers to continuously improve new joiner adaptation and team integration
- Collaborate closely with junior HR colleagues, ensuring smooth execution of HR processes, and keeping focus on priorities and outcomes
- Contribute to selected HR initiatives and take ownership of assigned projects
Requirements
- Solid experience in recruitment, ideally in a fast-paced or high-growth environment
- Ability to prioritise, manage workload, and work with changing priorities
- Ownership mindset – proactive, accountable, and solution-oriented
- Comfort with ambiguity and dynamic environment
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Interest in working with people topics beyond hiring
- Well-organised with strong attention to detail
- Collaborative, people-oriented, and proactive approach
- Experience with ATS tools (e.g. Workable, Greenhouse) is a plus
- Excellent English (written and spoken)
