Senior Fullstack Developer (.NET / React) 🚀 🦎- with ambition to grow into a Dev Lead role

We are looking for a Senior Fullstack Developer who is comfortable working across backend and frontend and has the ambition to grow into a Dev Lead role in the future.
You will take ownership of key parts of our products, influence technical decisions, and gradually help guide other developers technically and by example.
What will be the scope of your work?
Develop and maintain web applications, adding new features, maintaining existing ones, and bug fixing
Taking ownership of projects or their major parts (from technical design to delivery)
Collaborating closely with Product Owners, QA, and other developers
Participating in architectural and technical discussions
Helping improve code quality, processes, and developer experience
Mentoring junior/mid-level developers (or growing into this role)
Gradually taking on technical leadership responsibilities
Our stack:
Backend: ASP.NET Core, C#, REST APIs, Entity Framework, PostgreSQL, Docker
Frontend: React, Next.js, Typescript
What are we looking for?
Solid knowledge of .NET and React
Ability to work independently and take responsibility for outcomes
Ownership mindset - you care about the product, not just assigned tasks
Experience with leading developers or a clear ambition to become a Dev Lead
Willingness to work from the office 2–3 days per week (Prague)
Fluent in Czech and strong in English (spoken and written)
