🎨 Own Critical Features

Build interfaces that handle organizations' most sensitive moments. When a whistleblower submits a report or an administrator manages a complex case, every interaction must be secure, intuitive, and reliable. You'll own features end-to-end, from concept to production.

Our largest clients have tens of thousands of employees and hundreds of administrators. You'll architect frontend solutions that handle:

• Complex multi-step reporting flows with conditional logic
• Rich case management dashboards for compliance teams
• Real-time collaboration features via GraphQL subscriptions
• Multi-language support (113 languages and counting)

🔐 Security as a Feature

In whistleblowing, security is visible to users. You'll implement client-side encryption, secure form handling, and privacy-first patterns. Every element should communicate safety.

What You'll Actually Do

• Work in a cross-functional team of 10+ engineers (mix of FE/BE) to deliver features end-to-end
• Collaborate closely with Product and Design to shape user experiences
• Write clean, tested, maintainable TypeScript/React code that your teammates will thank you for
• Mentor and support other engineers — we're growing and need senior voices
• Contribute to frontend architecture decisions that will scale with the company
• Champion frontend best practices — accessibility, performance, security
• Ship regularly — we believe in small, frequent releases

What We're Looking For 🎯

Must-Haves

• 3+ years of frontend development experience with React and TypeScript
• Strong JavaScript fundamentals — you understand what's happening under the hood
• Experience building complex web applications — not just landing pages
• Quality mindset — you care about accessibility and think about edge cases
• Collaboration skills — you communicate clearly and work well with designers and backend engineers
• Ownership mentality — you see features through from idea to production
• Good Czech and English communication (team currently communicates in Czech)

Bonus Points

• Experience with GraphQL, Apollo, and real-time subscriptions
• Experience with AI-assisted and agentic development
• Background in B2B SaaS, especially in security-sensitive domains
• Experience with Ant Design or similar component libraries
• Performance optimization expertise
• Accessibility (a11y) understanding
