Senior Full-Stack & AI Engineer
Role Focus: Building Product + Building AI Features + Team Training.

At Pixelfield, we don’t do things the "old way" just because everyone else does. We are looking for a Senior Full-Stack Engineer who is not only a developer but a practitioner of AI Engineering.
This is a strategic leadership role. We need a "Captain" who will act as the face of our AI transformation. In this position, you will not only build complex React/Flutter applications, but you will also design and implement the AI features (RAG, Agents) inside them.
If you are an expert in tools like Cursor and Copilot and have the vision to deploy production-grade AI solutions on GCP, you are exactly who we are looking for. Your job is to architect complex systems, mentor juniors on Prompt Architecture, and ensure every line of code meets enterprise standards.
What You’ll Do:
Lead Development: Architect and build scalable Flutter applications on GCP with Python backend.
Build AI Systems: Design and deploy AI Agents and RAG pipelines (using Python/Node) that power our clients' business processes.
Train & Mentor: You will teach the Mid/Junior team how to prompt effectively. You will define the "Senior Gate" strategies that prevent hallucinations and bad logic.
Governance: You ensure our AI-generated code meets enterprise security standards (PII protection, Injection prevention) and architectural patterns.
The Essentials:
3+ years of Full-Stack experience (Flutter, Python - Django or FastAPI).
Deep expertise in Google Cloud Platform (Vertex AI, Cloud Run, Firebase).
AI Implementation: Proven experience building applications that integrate LLMs (not just using them to write code, but building features with them).
Leadership: Experience doing code reviews and mentoring developers.
Mastery of the Tooling: You are an expert in Cursor/Copilot and know how to configure them for a team environment.
