We are a well-funded early-stage startup, pioneering Product-Led Growth the affiliate marketing landscape. In the past 10 months we went from $0 to $250,000 ARR.

Recently, we successfully secured another round of investment, further strengthening our position in the market.

Our next milestone is clear: reaching $1 million in ARR, and we aim to achieve it within the next 12 months—with your help.

Requirements:

Proficiency in self-project management, with the ability to effectively manage individual tasks and projects. As a small, remote, and cross-departmental team, we require candidates to be flexible and rigorous in communication, project management, and self-organization. [must]
Proficiency in English.
(No-bullshit) Copywriting, proofreading, and editing skills.
Experience with Hubspot and email service providers (ESP's) like Mailchimp, Mandrill, Sendinblue, as well as customer lifecycle management tools such as Intercom and User.com.
A solid grasp of SEO (rest assured, Michal, our ex-Ahrefs external consultant has your back).
Basic understanding of Paid Advertising (Search, Social, Display).
Fundamental graphic editing skills for collaboration with our external designer.
Proficiency in competitive research and customer analysis.
Understanding of digital marketing channels and the role of affiliate/referral marketing in E-commerce, SaaS, and other verticals in the media mix.
Basic familiarity with Google Analytics.
Knowledge of Social Media Platforms' algorithms and best practices, including LinkedIn, X (Twitter), Facebook, and others.
Video recording abilities, including the capacity to create a product tour video, and video editing skills (not required but a bonus).

Scope of Work - What We Need Help With:

We generate plenty of ideas and conduct rapid tests to learn quickly. Your daily tasks will be dynamic, utilising your strengths and acknowledging your weaknesses - not the other way around. Your primary responsibilities will include the following:

Product Landing Pages Creation: This involves thorough market, competitive, and customer research, wireframing, copywriting, and collaboration with our designer and development team for publication.
Educational Content Production: You'll be in charge of creating a content production pipeline in collaboration with Michal, Michal, and Martin. This includes preparing blog post briefs and drafts, coordinating with external writers, and occasionally writing blog posts yourself.
Community and Social Media Management: In this role, you'll oversee the selection and management of content for posting across various social media platforms and actively contribute to the development of our proprietary community.
Product Launches: You'll take ownership of significant product launches for new products and leverage ongoing product releases in our customer lifecycle marketing endeavours. This requires strategic thinking and ability to conduct in-depth research, come up with insights and hypotheses followed by testing. You will also be responsible for communication with Trackdesk's users and customers via various channels and diverse tech-stack.
Sales Support Materials Creation: In collaboration with Alejandro and our graphic designer, you'll be responsible for creating various sales support materials, which may include sales pitch decks, presentations, collateral, and other resources to empower our sales team.
