Who are we looking for?

We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Scrum Master working directly with the CTO, the development team(s) and Dalma 👋🏻 (One and only Scrum Master for now). Our product company focuses on building a platform that connects local drivers to travelers worldwide, with intercity transfers.

All cross-functional teams consist of developers, QAs, Designers and a Product Manager.

As a SM, you will be guiding and helping teams to actively maintain processes, and coach the whole product team in Agile principles and best practices and look out for the team’s health, wellbeing.

We are continuously growing, 15 people joined us in the last 9 months and hopefully we’ll have even more, so flexibility and adaptability is really a key in this role.

What can you expect in this role 🤝

Actively implement improvements in agile processes
Proactively identify and solve process issues
Support the team in prioritization, planning, roadmaps, gathering metrics, reporting, and maintaining dashboards to keep improving the planning process (Shortcut)
Facilitate scrum ceremonies and support the Product Managers
Foster a friendly and chill work environment while keeping the focus
Make OKRs an progress visible, make the teams more innovative
Work with an other Scrum Master and simplify, unify how teams work

To excel in the role, you need 👩🏻‍💻

Passion for building a cool product
Relevant experience in preferably a product company/start up as a Scrum Master
Independence and proactivity
Ability to communicate effectively with business and engineering teams
Be passionate about the team spirit and wellbeing
Long-term strategic thinking
Knowledge of Agile principles and best practices
